Late CA. K.B. Nambiar, FCA, B.L., P.G. DIP.L. (TAX)

CA. K. B. Nambiar started his career in the year 1965 with M/s. R.G.N. Price & Co, Chartered Accountants. He established K B Nambiar & Associates in the year 1985 and was actively associated in the growth of the firm as the Managing Partner. His advisory on corporate incorporation and structuring, diversification plans, financial and tax planning were well received by the clients. He was also an expert on statutory audits, FEMA and International Taxation besides representing his clients before Income Tax Authorities for assessments and appeals. Mr. Nambiar passed away on 2nd May 2011.
