CA. K. Raj Kumar, FCA - Managing Partner

CA Raj Kumar's first association with the firm was in the year 1997 when he joined as Manager- Audit & Assurance and worked with the firm till the year 2000. He rejoined the firm as a Senior Advisor in the year 2009 and became a partner in 2011.
He brought to the firm considerable experience and insights acquired from various roles he took up. He was associated with Sobha Projects & Trade Pvt Ltd- a Sobha Developers group company - as Commercial Manager. He was also a part of M/s Vaithiswaran & Co - a business associate of Citi Bank as Process Manager. He worked with Robertson & Greenwood, CPAs, Australia for four years. He was designated as the Managing Partner of the firm in the year 2014 and since then has lead the firm with his diverse and invaluable experience in the fields of International Taxation, Assurance and Business Advisory.

CA Ashok Kumar joined the firm in the year 1997 and became a partner in 2003. Ashok has a Diploma in Information Systems Audit from ICAI. Ashok also brings considerable expertise in the areas of Plantation and other Agro based Sectors.
His specialisation lies in Bank Branch Audits,Tax planning for individuals,Systems Security Audit,Statutory and Internal Audits.

CA. Kannan J . B.Com, FCA, - Partner

CA. KANNAN J, did his articleship at this firm from 1991 to 1994, Qualified CA examination in the year 1996 .Worked as Assistant Manager Finance at Twenthieth Century Finance, NBFC (later merged with Centurion Bank ) & Group 4 Securitas Systems Pvt Ltd as Regional incharge of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Tamilnadu . Took up professional practice as Propietor until September 2021 joined the firm as a partner . With hands on experience in all our clients’ accounting, auditing and taxation matters, he is involved in audit planning and execution. He leads the firms’ Individual Taxation, Statutory Audits, Corporate Taxation and other Business Consultancy Services
